// share / claude-artifact

Share your Claude artifact as a real, openable URL.

Claude Publish links require a Claude account. DropLine gives you a URL anyone can open in any browser — with expiration, password protection, and view counts.

// how it works

Three steps, about thirty seconds.

  1. Step 01

    Get the HTML out of Claude.

    In the artifact panel, click the three-dot menu and choose “Copy code,” or just ask Claude to output the full HTML in chat. Save as index.html on your machine.

  2. Step 02

    Drop it into DropLine.

    Drag the file (or a folder if you have CSS / images alongside) into DropLine. Set a friendly name, choose an expiry, and optionally a viewer password.

  3. Step 03

    Send the URL.

    DropLine returns a short URL on view.dropline.biz. Send it to your client or team — they open it in any browser, no signup required.

// use cases

What people do with this.

  • Show a customer the landing page Claude generated, without sending a screenshot.
  • Get a stakeholder reaction to an AI-built UI before bringing it into Figma.
  • Send an HTML email draft Claude wrote to your marketing team for review.
// faq

Frequently asked.

Do I need to download my Claude artifact first?+
Yes. DropLine hosts the file from R2; it can't read directly from Claude. Use Claude's Copy / download to get the HTML on your machine, then upload to DropLine.
Will external libraries (Chart.js, Tailwind, Google Fonts) still work?+
Yes. DropLine's delivery domain allows CDN scripts and external stylesheets to load normally. Anything that worked locally will work on the public URL.
Does my client see Claude or DropLine branding?+
Neither. The shared URL renders only the artifact itself, on view.dropline.biz, with no DropLine watermark or wrapper.
